was September 2- 2012, after offering my morning prayer, I was gazing at the vast
open sky. While gazing at the sky a strange thought cross my mind that in spite
of being so great and vast it is not falling on anybody’s head. And if it somehow
happens to fall the whole humanity will be wipe out.Now I started thinking that a day is to come when everything on this earth will be destroyed. Even this strong and massive sky will be torn apart. As described in Quran:
“When
the sky breaks apart .And when the stars fall scattering and when the seas are
erupted. And when the graves are scattered and soul will then know what it has
kept forth and kept back”.
(82-1-3) The day is to come when God will bring this existing world to an end and will take His creature to another world that is Akhrah. Here the mankind will either live in absolute ecstasy or in abject agony and pain. As described in Bible:
"Then the king told the attendants, 'Tie him hand and foot,
and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and
gnashing of teeth”.
Matthew 22-13
Imagine a desert where you are all alone and there is nothing
but sand and only sand all around you, how will you react? Certainly you will come
across such an agony and pain that you will prefer death over life.
One day God will destroy the sky. He will remove the mountain on
the earth. He will destroy everything, the earth, the sea, the Sun, the stars
the Moon everything around you and me. On that day the earth will be made as
plain as deserts. That day man will see the death in his eyes. On that day according
to Quran some people will say I wish that I were dust.(78- 40)
In Quran it has been described;
“And they ask you about the mountains so say; my lord will blow
them away with blast. And He will leave the earth a level plain. You will not
see therein a depression or an elevation. That day everyone will follow the
call of the caller with no deviation there from and all voices will be stilled before
the most Merciful. So, you will not hear except whisperer of footsteps”. (20-105-8)
“As he was (Jesus) leaving the temple, one of his disciples said
to him, "Look, Teacher! What massive stones! What magnificent
buildings!"
And Jesus said unto them, See ye not
all these things? Verily I say unto you, there shall not be left here one stone
upon another that shall not be thrown down.King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
